Pools are private on the use. It not that they are entirely isolated not to be seen at all, that is not the case.

Yes the pool is infinity but not heated.
No unfortunately none of our pools are heated.
Not too deep. It is absolutely safe for any adult. On the other hand we don't accept children younger than 6 years old for this reason.

Yes, but for arrival we need to know hte exact landing time and (most important) the flight number. The departure transportation we arrange with our guests when here.
From this room type it is not the best view , if you want the best sunset view choose you would rather choose either the senior suite with private pool and sunset/volcano view or the senior suite with hot tuband sunset/volcano view.
This room type has a maximum of 3 pax in total. So if we are talking about 2 adults + 2 children, this can't be - you have to see our senior and superior suites.

This is a hotel with several suites (not all) with private pools. Junior, cave, senior or superior suites, depending on the room type you might prefer
Unfortunatelly only the ones in Superior Suites - and them no more for this season
The main difference is the style and the furniture. The cave one is more white, more greek whereas the junior is more classic.
Not straight ahead, from the left side at the edge. There are other room times where from you can have the best sunset view.
We ask our guests to do the check in before the arrvial via e-checkin so they diminuish the time the spend in reception. Also boy who carries the luggage wears always gloves - apart of the masks that receptionis, groom and barman wear
